Roots: documents Thuy’s last visit home, Hanoi, in 2013, before her family moved abroad. She spent a lot of time wandering the city, trying to capture every corner that shaped her childhood, that gave her an identity. She wants to reflect her changing perspective of her hometown and understanding of the people she grew up with.
